Im not sure why i cant set this parameter. The warning says no parameter found by that name. I do have a type parameter by that by name within the family. It does seem to be able to get parameter value by name. Looking for advise on what i’m doing wrong here. Please see attached screen shot.
If you are trying to set a Type parameter , the elements that you need to input are family symbols (the types) not family instances. See end of this post:
