Set formula of loaded family elements

Dear Experts,
Is it possible to set formula of loaded family elements (used in the project).
There are some codes in this forum however, none of them working on the already used families.
Any recommendations?

Dear Tradelie,
Thanks for your message. Just tried and very strange result.
Result: When i open family from Project Browser see that formula changed however, at the project it is not changed. What can be reason for that?

@kvusal try to close Revit and rerun the graph, try to run it once per family.
