Section created overridden with each subsequent run

I’m creating sections with the attached graph. I’ve been reading about how newly created elements disappear when the graph is re run. However even if I shut down Dynamo and re open then run it’s still overwriting the old section. Even if I shut down and re open a new session of Revit I get the same results. Does anyone know how to over come this so I can make multiple sections?

I’ve found if the last created section is the active view when the graph is run again then it will create a new section. However, at times it also creates a duplicate section (section 8 in the image below). While the dynamo graph only reports back that it creates 1 section.
