Run Completed in Dynamo but there is no action in revit

Hi Guys,
First of all am new to Dynamo so i started to follow a pre-scripted graph to do simple things like Join between Floors and Walls, And I am sure that i followed every step correctly but the Problem is when i hit Run in Dynamo Nothing changes in Revit. This is the snapshot from the graph and the PYTHON script that i used so far.
