Rotation of TBM Segments along its center in leading direction

Hi,
Shiv is here and looking for help. I am not a expert in dynamo. I am getting difficulties to rotate every segment ring by specific angle(for exp. 10 degree cumulative) towards leading direction.

That ring can be rotate by manual in Revit.
