I am confronting an issue of calculating rotation angle series of family instances that are placed along the railway axis. I have solved partially, however I am hoping more better way than described in the video provided in this source.

to calculate the rotation angel based on railway axis you have two way based on the way you handel the axis in dynamo revit:
1- if you accses the axsis (alignment and profile) from civil3d in this case you can use this node to get the cs at the
2-if you model the axsis as polyline in dynamo you can use these node to get the CS
all of these nodes you can use Brimohareb pak.
