Rotating already existing elevation views to suit room orientation

I have a graph which automatically assigns elevation views to rooms. however, the problem I’m having (as you can see in the image) is the elevation views need to be rotated to accommodate the angle the two rooms at the bottom of the image.

Does anyone have any ideas how this could be accomplished and if do, can it be added to the already existing graph?
