Rotate Family - Parallel with Vector

Hello all

I’m finding it difficult to understand how to rotate a family to the orientation I would like (parallel to the vector).

Any tips or thoughts to point me in the right direction (pun intended) would be appreciated!

@Kulkul, I had searched pal but was obviously using the wrong terminology, I seemed to find a lot of Autodesk Vasari posts from 2015
