Room creation by dwg import

Im trying to do room tag in which revit has already defined room tag but room names and room numbers are not given.

So im trying to take these room names and numbers from autocad, then import it.

Found this link. but I couldnt get one node ‘multiple index of’
Also some of its packages are not visible.

Confused, Should i restart from scratch or alternate node is to be used?

Ok thank you for your response. @Marcel_Rijsmus As per your response, the logic I interpreted as: 1.I need to make X,Y coordinates of those texts. (it is in mtext format) 2. In dynamo i will import the csv file, make a vertical line/ z-axis on those points. Like I didnt get, are we projecting on Z-axis?
