I’m getting this error when pull room boundaries. Any clue what this is and how to fix it? Is there a different way to pull room boundaries to possibly fix this issue?

Likely you have a wall which is oh so slightly not aligned with the adjacent wall, usually this happens when bringing work from other platforms resulting in slightly off axis content that just does t quite line up, or when changing wall types on what should be a flush face.
Looking at the plans the likely culprit is the small exterior return wall not aligning with the interior wall adjacent. Set your dimension tolerance to the smallest it will go, and get the dimension between the finish face of the two walls here and the matching condition at the other side of the room.
