Try using Element.Faces to get the surfaces [image]

We have to see more of your script. That node only works with surfaces originally derived from Revit faces.

right, don’t have time right now, but could you check if maybe deriving the faces from the topology works better than through polysurfaces? have a look at the script in the link you provided.

The thing is topology faces node wasn’t working for me, so I used this method.

It’s for dimensioning walls with a model line as reference, I took it from the explanation of @viktor_kuzev in this post back in 2016: Automatic Dimension Walls
