Hi in Revit 2016 & 2017 is there a way to Align the ceiling grids both in Surface Pattern & the Rendering pattern permanently?
I’ve tried the texture alignment way but i’m looking for a way that can be set and left without adjusting every time i create a ceiling

I recently found that ceiling alignment script, but couldn’t get it to function quite right. Do you think you could help me figure it out?
-I got to where it would put the 2x4 rectangle in the model, but I couldn’t figure out how to get it to reference the ceiling plane when creating the family
-It would place a blue dot in the center of the ceiling plane
