Retrieving Pipe accessory angle

Hi,

I have been working on creating valve families that would be able to display generic annotation in sloped pipe. I was able to do this by creating a family inside another family and have a rotation angle inside to manually assign the to make the symbol parallel with the workplane. Is it possible to retrieve the angle for the slope of the valve?
