Renumber specific family (like Lighting Fixtures) by model curve

Hello,

I have a question regarding the possibility or availability of custom nodes, which can do the job mentioned in the title.

My very task it is to very quickly renumber a large amount of lighting fixtures on a very short deadline.

Or there is some macro that can do that or edit the custom nodes like the nodes from BVN Package Room.RenumberByModelCurve?

You can create a code to select all the families in the active view or in all the project then number it by (X,Y) coordinates depend on the centroid values of the elements (in case if you want to have a steady methodology to number the items in the view .
