Remove range or items from the middle of a list

Hi,
I want to remove items 1-7 from each of the sub-lists as per attached screenshot, so that I’m just left with items 0,8 and 9 or Concrete Slab - Garage, null and STRUCTURE from the first item.
I’m struggling to find a suitable list modifier or other node to do the job. Is there one or do I need to use design script or a series of nodes to achieve it?

Wow, thanks @kennyb6. I hadn’t even thought of sending the index input a list of integers. Simple when you know how and ignore what the node tells you to input.
