Remove one Host from a Multi-Category Tag

Hi,
Somebody knows how to remove in dynamo the Host conection (not the Element) from a Multi-Category Tag?.

I’m confused. What is the host of the tag? Element or view?

Ther are 3 Elements and I want to remove one of them.

I want the dynamo function for this:

In Revit I use the function “Add / Remove Host” and I click on the element.
