As you can see from my uploading pictures, I created rectangle by corner points, but some of the results turn to nothing. I don’t know what’s going on.
I wrote this points to excel file and read that excel file, the situation was totally different. But some of the points still not work.
@A.C Try extracting the X,Y and Z values of the points, rounding them to some precision and then reconstructing the points before feeding them into Rectangle.ByPoints

Feels like this may be a geometry working range issue. What’s the error message say?
