I’ve been trying to put some rebar in a variable height precast concrete I-beam, but it seems like this task is quite challenging.
The beam is a custom family i’ve created. I’ve tried creating custom rebar families that match my design, but Revit doesn’t seem to work well with these geometries, as it doesn’t recognize the flange and the web of the beam, as “different sections”.
I’ve managed to create the flanges’ rebars with Rebar → Free Form → Surface, but I cant solve the rebars for the web.
Is there any way to do this better with Dynamo?
