Read data or code block from another script

Hi,

Is there a way to read data from another (unopened) script? I was thinking about adding a code block with the script description to each of my scripts and automatically create a list of scripts with their descriptions. However, I don’t know if this is possible.

Do any of you know of any tricks or workarounds that I can use to achieve this?

I believe that it’s possible to read the text of dyn files using ‘read text’.

If you have a note (ctrl + w) in each block which has a common line (avoid description as I believe that may already be in use inside the dyns).
