I have a weird problem with Dynamo Sandbox 2.19 - when I click on “publish new package” nothing happens. Also “sign in” button doesn’t reacts at all.
What can be wrong? - I can download packages, so I think it’s not blocked by firewall.

Publishing and downloading are two different things, as one requires authentication and the other doesn’t.
As you aren’t signed in you won’t be able to publish. And so we need to check that you can authenticate. One thought to help troubleshooting: try using another network to rule out firewall.
signing in with sandbox requires an ADSK component, try installing a trial for Revit etc.
