Problem with lists

I want to get a list that: " PLAT TO 1.1 LONG SUPERFICE DATUM, PLAT TO 1.2 LONG SUPERFICE DATUM, PLAT TO 1.3 LONG SUPERFICE DATUM …"
As you can see I get that list at the end, could someone explain me how to do what I want to get? I am new to dynamo and I don’t understand the lists very well.

@khuzaimah.ElecEng’s comment solves most of it but you do want get rid of all the zeroes probably.

Edit: gotta say using the code blocks in a situation like this is probably easier.
