I’m wondering if I could get some advice/ideas here. I’ve made a script which, based on a selection of views, will create sheets for each view and place these on there. For this it is important that a scope box is used so all the views will line up the same. The title on sheet also has to be filled in to make it work as intended.
With that said, the script works fine and no problems so far. But i’m slightly perplexed by the speed, or better said how slow it is. With Dynamoplayer is doesn’t seem to speeds things up really and in the future I would love to expand on this. With expanding the script I expect it to get even slower…
Ofcourse the work flow is quicker than placing all these sheets by hand (When there are a lot to be placed especially). But I am just wondering if there are other workflows or suggestions on making this script a bit faster.
The jokes now in the office are that when you run this script you’ll have to get coffee for everyone. In a way thats a plus, but would love exploring and learning more about speeding things up.
