Point.prunduplicates not working as predicted

I try using the node point.pruneduplicates, but it doesn’t do what I want. Am I doing something wrong?

hmm… what happens if you disconnect the tolerance and just use standard tolerance, think is 0,001 :wink:

need to flatten your input list, if the input list has sublists, the process is defined for each sublist
