I’ve read loads of similar post & have narrowed down to a few processes for what I believe is best for my situation.
Being that in my Template I have created all Sheets & Views (preset to Scope Boxes) necessary for the most typical Project scope; several levels, Dependent Views for Areas, & Scope Boxes for Site/Site Sectors/Plan Overall & Areas. So as Scope Boxes are fine tuned to then place Views instead of then having to do major moves recomposing the views on sheets.
I’d like further guidance on the attached script & for the last step. If the community could double check my work if I’m missing something & opine which of the 3 final solutions (orange group) will be more streamlined/friendly. My final aim is to have it Player friendly so the Project Teams can finish cartooning their Sets once the bldg footprint is set from Design.
