Happy New Year!
-Trying to teach students data types. We start with category “pizza”, and go on to strings. You get the picture!
will include:
integer= 2 (pizzas)
float= (prize) = 89.99
boolean= (price<90) true
will upload poster when done.
EDIT: i see error in my sum-times-prize, and i concur. will fix it.
All the best, merry january!
@sovitek, when will we have that beer? -I’ll buy the pizza!

Liking for my favourite Autodesk rpc, Laron. Can’t beat that 90’s fashion.
It’s a fun metaphor! Maybe you can make a ‘pizza shop’ when teaching conditionals and string comparisons/substrings to build the pizza, index its price (or even use dictionaries as menus?).

Made a rendering of the pizza parlour, just for the kicks. Notice the pizza category, high on the yearly wishlist for us BIM Managers!
translation from Danish:
Customer speaks string: “Pizza” Family, Type name “Margherita”
Pizza Guy demands integer “How many”?: 2
Price in float: 89.99
Boolean test: Eat here? true!
