Pattern in Curtain Wall Panel

Hi,

I am trying to do this on a curtain wall panel, instead of railings, with some additional parameters to comply with the manufacturer’s specs.:

Min. Size of a circle: 0.28"
Max. Size: 3.675"
Distance between circles: 0.375"
Distance from edge: 0.75"
