Passthrough and Wait then passthrough

Dear Experts,
I was interesting in how use Nodes Passthrough and Wait then passthrough. I am facing big problems on the work hierarchy fn the two unconnected node sciprts in single dynamo file. (I want to control sciprt which script must work first and which script must work afterwards.)
