Object Styles export to excel (Model Objects & Annotation Objects Separate Files)

I need to be able to export all Model Object - Object Styles to Excel for a company-wide review of our Template File. I’ve seen a few scripts around that do something similar to this I’ve tried very hard to create my own I just keep hitting a brick wall. this is what I need but exported to excel -
