I just wanted to know if it’s just me or the nodes usually stick/overlap together when you try to drag and copy.
Do you mean the wires?

Select Overlapped Nodes and “Ctrl+L”

Try copy and paste, instead of dragging.
It helps me sometimes.
Could you tell me more about this Ctrl+L? I pressed this command and it totally messed up my whole large graph.
Is this enable FOCA a new feature in Monocle?

Yes think so 
This is the ‘clean up node layout’ tool. Best to experiment with it in smaller sections prior to jumping in to use in production, as it can have unintended consequences in some layouts.
