Nested families copy/paste as instance objects in Revit project file

Hey guys. So is it true, that there is no quickfix to get all nested objects an replace as instance elements?

I need to set parameters for each element in all these kitchens, but they are all nested. In this example there is 22 nested families. Do I really have to copy and insert manually?

Are the nested families marked to be shared? A sample file (one kitchen instance) would help people help you.

Ok, I have solved it. The nested families is actually shared, but my schedule has a filter parameter, that does not apply to the nested objects.
