Name Parameter of RevitLinkInstance

Hi all!
I’ve been trying to find a way to work with (Get and Set) the instance Name parameter of a Revit link shown highlighted below:
It looks like it’s be a parameter we’d have access to but I can’t seem to find a way to isolate the instance name from the overall link name. Has anyone tried working with this parameter before?

Is that parameter in the file you are working in? (unlike the one that is linked)

Yup that’s a parameter I can set in my active project, it’s a parameter of the link as an element if that makes sense
