I want to make a rusticated wall like it is in the picture below by (pic.1)
The idea is to set the interval, create some curtain grid lines first using the standard Revit tools (pic. 2), and then move each segment starting from the second course. I’m trying to do it using the “Rhytm” package, can you give me any ideas please (find only a way how to move all curtain grid line, but don’t know how to move just a segment)? New to Dynamo.
You don’t need to move your curtain grids, you need to remove segments from your curtain grids.
Take your entire list of grids and pass that list into 2 different List.TakeEveryNthItem nodes as shown.
Then you need to pass those 2 lists into th CurtainGridLine.RemoveSegment (from Rythym Package) along with the list of curves so you want to remove remove.
The first list will be every second brick starting at the 1st brick and the second list will be every second brick starting from the 2nd brick
