Move elements to a new location

Hey you all, i am trying to move elements from revit in dynamo to a new location with new coordinates but, not finding the way to do it…i try some things but not having the results i need…

i think the way might be the one post on the link bellow but not getting to understand it well

thanks, any clue on how to join them to work ? i am not being able to make them work…
i was wondering to vinculate them to structure on a building
