Misplaced element using by host and point

So i was trying to placing safety deck using familyinstance.byhostandpoint nodes by orchid package.

This are the flow, the point located same as the image, then it hosted to the level.

What i expect is the element, is placed based on the level height, but it turns out all the element placed at the ground level. even the host parameter is Level 3…

Whats caused this, and how to solve it?

i have already tried using bypointandlevel. still the same results

But it says the Elevation from Level becomes negative from the desired levels. and still placed to the ground

I wonder its caused by the family…
