I am working on a project which is:
Dynamo for getting the materials of each element (wall, window, floor,…) per room number or room name and also the area and dimension/perimeter of each element in each room.
Any guide can help a lot.

Just materials or materials and areas? What are your referring to with dimension/perimeter?
And what do you have so far?
Materials and elements dimensions and area. For example, wall material, wall dimensions and area.
