I’m trying to set the view direction parameter on a legend component, but I’m running into some issues.

What type of Elements do you try to change?
For Walls you have Floor Plans (-8) and Sections (-5) and
for Doors you have Floor Plans (-8) and Front (-7) and Back (-6).
NB
Not all Legend Components get / have that Parameter. In example Detail Items.
This problem is only in version 2023.0. It works in other versions.

I tried it in Revit 2023 and it worked.
The screenshots came from Revit 2023 + Dynamo 2.16.

If someone comes accross this thread in future that will help them a lot more.
Considering this issue only exists in Revit 2023.0, and that build has a known security vulnerability where someone could infect your system/network by importing an infected .skp file into an RVT project, the guidance should be to update to a secure build yesterday.
