I’m new to Dynamo 1.3.2.2480 and was practicing the tutorial Family by Point 2. I’ve achieved to get grid points by adding flatten node to the outputs of code block, but there is additional diagonal path of points on the surface selected as if lacing variable of Surface.PointAtParameter is set to shortest. (Revit version is 2017). If somebody could explain the reason why this is occurs and how could I solve this.

I’m guessing it’s just the geometry preview from another node. Try turning off the geometry preview for everything except your Surface.PointAtParameter node.
