Help me fix it?

Guessing you’re using Revit 2019 with no updates applied. If so update to 2019.1 and the issue should go away.

Hi! My Revit is up to date (I installed it last month) and I have the same issue. I can´t use keyboard shortcuts in Dynamo and Python.

What is the build number shown in your about menu? Should be something like this: 20190225_1515(x64)

It is:
19.0.1.1
20180328_1600(x64)

So I guess it is not the latest version even though I downloaded it recently?

Correct. You have to install the updates.

The problem is that in my Autodesk Desktop App it says that all the available updates are installed…

And yet we know it’s not up to date…

Check manage.autodesk.com and if that doesn’t work start a support ticket as my colleagues will have the easiest time finding the solution for you. AVA might even be able to just give you the right link (though I am not sure).

Hi again! I tried both options but I could not solve the problem. Since I have a student version, Autodesk does not give any support. I sent an e-mail anyway, but didn’t get an answer. I even tried to uninstall and install Revit again but it comes in the same version, with the same problems… And I found some other problems too. Do you have any other suggestion that may solve this problem? Thanks

The only solution is to update Revit. Student or not you should have access to the latest patches and updates. Try asking your university’s IT department how they recommend getting updates.
