The dynamo file works normally once, this error appears, then the nodes of the packages(in image), and sometimes the node in package is deleted from the graph

Does this only happen on this script or on all your scripts?
If it only happens on this script could you try the script on another computer, or try to remove parts of the script to see which part causes this error.
Without any more context it is impossible to say what is causing this error message. (And what it even means)
