Is Dynamo good for controlling 2D Revit detail line families

Hi All,

I am pretty new too Dynamo and I am gonna use it for controlling 2D detail line families in Revit.
My detail line families are a bit complicated and I need to add them into my Revit views/sheets.
Just wondering if Dynamo is a good tool to do this? do you suggest any other Dynamo package that I can use to make the process easier?

I don’t see why dynamo couldn’t do this. Make sure you go though the primer before you get started. It’ll save you a lot of headaches in the long term. Don’t skip any exercises no matter how much they might seem like you won’t need to do the specific exercise - they were put there to cover specific concepts which are the important part.
