Hello everyone,
I’m working on an infrastructure project and modeling a tunnel. the ring I modeled is made up of elements (vault, piers, etc.) inserted as nested families. I need to set parameters from the Excel sheet within the nested elements, but - strangely - I cannot view these parameters.
As you see in the attach image the last list of parameters is void.
Am I doing something wrong?
As stated in your thread title, “Comments” is an instance parameter, but you are looking at the element type to get the parameter value. Just delete the Element Type node. When dealing with parameters, instead of trying to determine if a parameter is an instance or type, Rhythm package has a GetParameter node and a SetParameter node that works for both Type and Instance.
