Installed package not showing. Tried all the methods on forum, not working

i have only bimorphnotes installed.
but it keeps telling me:

cannot create a file that already exists

Can anyone help me with this?

Sometimes it may happen, close Revit… try in other Revit version. Mine already installed though BIMORPHNODES is installed.
