Insert the room name in a especific parameter of an element

Hello guys.
I work for a company we make the MEP projects. So there are some elements we need to input the room they are located from the architeture link.

I’d like to know if I’m going to the right way or if there is an easier way to do it.
Or if you have any suggestions.
