In AutoCAD MultiBlocks Placed based on Reference Plan . its possible?

Hi Everyone,
Im going to prepare a Dynamo Script for AutoCAD - Blocks Automatic placed based on reference plan with position condition.

Its possible please advise.

Not entirely sure what you are after, but it sounds doable.

@jacob.small
Thanks for your response.

basically what am looking for is , placement of blocks by drawing a polygon or rectangle and the blocks need to arranged inside based on the size of the polygon/rectangle

Yes; that’s doable. Give it a shot and see where you get.

Amigo @ashwin-rajesh buenas. Take a look at this post!!

@gilberto.arechigaiba,

Thanks for your reply.

For Example

in AutoCAD I’m going to do for reinforcement detailing with refences of the plan & Arrangement manually using dynamic blocks. every opening im given some spacing conditions.

I want this type of example for automation.

@jacob.small @gilberto.arechigaiba Please advise any sample scripts

What have you tried so far? Surface.CoordinateSystemAtParameter and Block.ByCoordinateSystem are a good place to start.

Amigo @ashwin-rajesh, The information you have given us is a bit ambiguous, I think I have an idea of what you need but I’m not 100% sure, we would like the description to be a bit more explicit and complete and if possible add screen shots and / or files would be top, please read this topic, if language is a problem use deepl or reverso!
