Replace Word text using Interop

Hello, I am trying to do something pretty complicated so any help is appreciated. Basically I have a word document which I use as a template. I would like to use the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word API to replace text within that document with information from the current Revit document. So, i just seen this topic about interoperability between Dynamo and Microsoft Word.
It has a really nice featur of replacing text files from a doc file.
I would like to know if there is a package to insert Graphics/Tables/Images on a Word Document.
That would be really handy!

I’m actually not sure if there are any other tools out there that give more functionality to Word from Revit. Interesting idea though!
