Yes. Use the excel nodes in Dynamo.

Try typing ‘Excel’ into the library of nodes in Dynamo…
What comes up? Any look like they might do what you are asking?
What are the inputs asking for? Have you tried searching the library for those inputs also?
Have you searched on the forum for existing posts on this topic?
If you are still struggling after doing all of the above, come back here and post a screenshot of where you got stuck. Then someone might be able to help you.
