Why I don`t see the workset from the linked file?
My aim is to see which workset is on which linked model. Does anyone have an idea 
?

Workset “values” are elements and return the workset Id rather than the name. This is not specific to linked models.
The easiest way to get around this is with MEPover, but you can also compare the Id to a list of all workset Ids.
