How to renumber of Wall parts

Hi, I am a very beginner and started to copy a few script to learn.

Is there a way to renumber the wall parts on each floor? I tried to use ‘renumbering parking space’ script from Archmaster, but it seems there are missing nodes to draw lines indicating start & end of sequence. Also how to renumber only selected wall parts in the view?

Can you share what you have done already, so we can see where you got stuck?
