Host Reference Point on a Curve (Driven by Host)

I would like to create Reference Points in a Curve by Dynamo.
Can anyone give me some idea for this task?

I want to create reference points which is “driven by hot” not “driven by curve”.

Do you have any idea?

You can feed points list to create Reference Point from Point.
