How I can create a dwg from a shp file
What have you tried, and are you using Dynamo? We need more specific information and evidence of what you have tried - the forums are not a resource to do all the work for you.
There are various apps and integrations out there which can convert these such as arcGIS. I don’t believe there is a default node/method available in Dynamo that does this simply:

If this is just an export/import question I’d recommend asking the AutoCAD or Revit forums.
